Cleaning & Routine Exams
We're here to help you stay on top of your oral health with regular cleanings and checkups. These visits go a long way in preventing bugger issues and keeping your smile in great shape, we know dental appointments may not be your top priority, especially with a busy schedule, so we're here to make your tie with us as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
Periodontal Care
Your gums are just as important as your teeth. If you're noticing bleeding, tenderness, or persistent bad breath, these could be early signs of gum disease (Periodontal Disease). Deep cleanings like scaling & root planning, are the most effective way to treat it early - to keep your gums healthy, strong, and well supported.
Root Canal Therapy
A root canal can relieve the pain of a severe toothache, save your natural tooth, and help you avoid extraction for years to come. We use modern, high-precision tools to gently clean and seal the inside of the tooth, making the process smoother, faster, and more comfortable for you.

Dental Crowns
Crowns are recommended for teeth that have undergone for root canal treatment, are cracked, heavily decayed, structurally compromised. Since enamel and dentin don't grow back, Dr. Sun recommends crowns only when truly needed. and always with a conservative approach.

Dental Fillings
We can't turn back time and restore your natural tooth before decay. But we can carefully remove the cavity and rebuild the tooth's shape with durable, tooth-colored composite. These resin-based fillings are widely used for their strength, aesthetics, and long-lasting performance.
Tooth Extractions
Extraction may be needed when a tooth is too damaged or decayed to be saved with a treatment such as a root canal. we offer nitrous oxide (Laughing Gas) as an option and aim to make the procedure as smooth and stress- free as possible- always with a gentle touch.
Full & Part Dentures
Partial dentures attach to healthy teeth to replace one or more missing teeth. Full dentures sit on the gums to restore an entire arch. Both options restore your bite, prevent shifting and offer quick, effective treatment. We use a digital scanner to design dentures with better fit and comfort. Flexible and implant -supported dentures are also available for added stability and ease.
Dental Implants
Dental implants are one of the best options for replacing missing teeth. We focus on early treatment and bone preservation to support long-term success. To ensure accuracy and smoother recovery, we offer guided implant surgery using advanced 3D imaging and a digital surgical guide.

I graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York and spent my early years practicing as an associate in New Jersey. Later, our little family of three and a half-my wife, our daughter, and our corgi- headed to South Texas where I ran a successful rural dental practice for nearly a decade. Leaving behind a growing practice and the trust we'd built with so many patients wasn't easy. But eventually, my family and I felt it was time for a new chapter. Drawn by the natural beauty and quality of life in the Pacific Northwest, we made the move to Seattle and quickly felt at home.

Now settled in beautiful Washington, I looked for a place where I could continue practicing dentistry with the same intention, and continuity that have always guided my work. Ballard stood out as the place where I could build meaningful relationships with patients and truly feel connected to the neighborhood I serve. It's a privilege to call this home and to continue the work I love. I'm genuinely excited to meet you, hear your story, and earn your trust through care that's not just compassionate, but also thoughtful, personal and kind.
